Color Filter Substrate

On one surface of the color filter substrate, a grain compensation layer increases the size of the conductive layer. This inhibits external moisture from permeating into the conductive layer, and thus, helps prevent border stains on the LCD.

The IC captures image data from the main board and converts it to pixel-readable signals. It also processes the data to improve its color accuracy and uniformity.

The IC then generates electrical pulses that are sent to the pixel electrodes on the LCD panel. This causes the pixel molecules to twist, creating light and dark pixels on the screen. The IC also contains expansion interface functions that can be customized according to customer demand.
